48 Hour Cancellation Policy on Rental Bikes

Reservations Online or over the phone require a credit card number. The card details you provide will be used to charge all or some of the total amount should you not show up for your reservation. We will only charge if you do not email or call us to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. If you fail to call or email, we will bill your card for up to the first 2 full days of your reservation. All cancellations need to be in writing and sent to us by e-mail, more than 48 hours in advance. Please email cancellation requests to contact@routesoutfitter.com.  

If you are attempting to make a reservation within 24 hours of pick up, please call the shop to speak to one of our team members .

A full “rental day” is from Open to 5pm. Bikes can be picked up any time after Open on the first day of your rental and must be dropped off before 5:00 pm on the last day of your rental. When you pick up your bikes and any other equipment, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver every time. All riders will need to be present. The rider over 18, whose name will be listed on the reservation as the responsible person, will need to present a valid ID and credit card at the time of equipment and bike pick-up. You will be charged for the full reservation and all equipment at time of pick-up.

Your rental must be paid in full before leaving the shop. 

Each rider must be present for a brief safety instruction and orientation on the use of any and all rental equipment.
