Service and rentals
Labor and rentals work a little differently from gear.
Labor is non-refundable.
Tunes, repairs, upgrades, custom wheel builds and other services are non-refundable.
We quote parts first.
Service prices are for labor only. You get a parts quote before any work starts, and a signed service agreement and quote is required.
Rental fees are non-refundable.
Any issue during a rental is assessed and handled by our managers. There are no refunds for weather.
Cancel 48 hours ahead.
Cancel a reservation by email or phone at least 48 hours before pick-up. No-shows are billed up to the first 2 full days. See bike rentals.
We'll help with the warranty.
Routes Outfitter doesn't provide its own warranties on products, but we help process warranties for many of our brands.
Bring the item in with your receipt and we'll do our best to help with any warranty that applies. Manufacturers decide what's covered, so we can't promise every claim will be approved.
If an item has to go back to the manufacturer, shipping is charged to you. If we need to remove a part from a bike, skis or other equipment and reinstall it, labor is charged too.

We work hard to keep the prices and details on this site current and accurate. Mistakes can still happen. If you find one, let us know on your next visit, or call or email us. Thank you.
Paying: we accept major credit and debit cards.
