Pick up after 2 PM the day before.
Your first ski day starts on the mountain, not in our shop.
Return before noon the day after.
After your last ski day, any time before noon.
Reserve ahead.
Walk-ins welcome, but availability is a risk. Reservations need a credit card. Want a specific ski length? Add it in the reservation notes. Your reservation is confirmed once you get our email, so check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Plans change. We get it.
Cancel by email or phone at least 48 hours before pick-up and you're all set. No-shows are billed up to the first 2 full days of the reservation.
Why? A reservation holds that gear for you, so we can't rent it to anyone else.
