What we collect
Only what we need to run the shop and look after you.
In the shop.
Repairs and service always need your name and contact details, so we can reach you when it’s ready. We keep them, with your service notes, in our point-of-sale system, Lightspeed. For purchases, contact details are optional; Lightspeed keeps a record of the sale.
Rentals.
Reservations go through our booking partner, bike.rent, and rental waivers are signed through Smartwaiver. Both connect with Lightspeed: we use your reservation and waiver details to complete your rental and ring it up.
Email.
If you join our email list, we use Mailchimp to send it. You can unsubscribe from any email.
This website.
Squarespace hosts this site. It uses cookies to keep the site working, Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, and Google and Meta (Facebook) tools to measure our ads.
Payments.
Card payments are processed by Lightspeed Payments, part of our Lightspeed system. We never see or keep full card numbers.
