Before you go

A few things the crew tells everyone.

Check conditions.

Mud, snow and afternoon storms change things fast up high. Ask us before you head out.

Carry water.

Water is hard to find on Mount Herman. Bring more than you think you'll need.

Know your route.

Limbaugh Canyon has easy-to-miss turns and private property near the bottom. Load a map before you go.

Ride kind.

Stay on the trail, yield to hikers and horses, and leave no trace.

Wear a helmet.

Helmets are required for cyclists on the New Santa Fe Trail, and smart everywhere.

Ride with us.

Our Trailblazers group ride meets Saturdays. Gather before 10 AM at the lower Mount Herman Trailhead lot. See the calendar.
